It’s official. TV host Raymond Gutierrez and young actress Carla Humphries are an item.

“Yes, we’re dating, but we’re taking it slow,” Gutierrez said in an interview with Good Times Manila yesterday, confirming rumors about their relationship since they were recently caught on camera kissing each other.

“It’s been really great. We’re enjoying each other’s company, and we’ll see where we go from there,” said Gutierrez, who was wearing a pink T-shirt with the words: “Drunk guys dig me.”

Asked to explain the shirt, Gutierrez, the twin brother of popular actor Richard Gutierrez, said: “It’s Carla’s. We like to change into each other’s clothes. It’s our thing.”

Humphries said she and the Showbiz Central host love to stay in her room and chat about “anything under the sun, but mostly about showbiz, music, clothes, and of course, cute boys!”

The couple said they enjoy “shopping at the mall, going to videoke bars, trying on new clothes and make-up, and having sleepovers and pillow fights.”

She said having Gutierrez as a boyfriend is “like having a new sister or girl friend.”

“I can talk to him about anything, and I’m so comfortable with him,” Humphries said.

“When I’m feeling blue, he would grab my hand and say: ‘Let’s go shopping, sistah.’ And when he needs moral support before a show, I’d tell him: You go, gurl!”
